In 1988, Lotus Living was founded by a family with strong roots in the farming industry.

Lotus Living has evolved as a family property development company, driven by its unwavering vision to create communities with heart and soul. For the family, creating communities is personal.

In 2013, Lotus Living acquired Silverwoods Golf and Lifestyle Resort and Black Bull Golf Course in Yarrawonga, seeking to inject new life into the development’s original vision of a lifestyle and recreational mecca. Silverwoods is the premier and most prestigious golf, marina and residential destination in the Murray River region for locals and visitors alike. The Point, known as the oasis and heart of the Silverwoods development features the award-winning luxury boutique resort – The Sebel Yarrawonga with stunning restaurants, Sunset Poolside Bar and SOL Wellness Centre.

In 2014, Lotus Living launched its legacy project – Jubilee. A truly unique offering encompassing up to 7,000 dwellings in Wyndham Vale, a thriving suburb in Melbourne’s western growth corridor. LOTUS LIVING PARTNERS WITH MELBOURNE STORM FOR 2023 NRL SEASON

Lotus Living is delighted to announce a major partnership with Melbourne Storm for the 2023 NRL season.

The partnership includes matchday on-ground and digital branding, as well as promotional opportunities with the club’s NRL squad.

Storm Chief Commercial Officer Daniel Cullinan said the partnership was Lotus Living’s first with an NRL club.

“We’re excited to be partnership with Lotus Living – a family-owned company from here in Melbourne with strong connections to one of Storm’s strongholds in the west,” Cullinan said.

“We look forward to highlighting what Lotus Living is achieving with its community focussed projects at Wyndham Vale and Yarrawonga and assisting with their growth plans.”
